Red white and blue festival protest

The BNP are hosting their so called " red white and blue festival" on saturday the fifteenth of this month. In response, Unite against facism, and many other organisations are planning a mass demonstration and blockade of the event, to prevent the attendees of the event from spewing their intollerant and abhorrant lies.

Bellow is a link to the UAF's site, where a timetable can be found for areas up and down the country that they are running buses to the rally from.

If you can possibly get to this demonstration, do, we need all the support we can get.

Oh, and if you can come, remember a scarf, you don't wanna end up on redwatch :p

re: re: NEW ID CARD DESIGN

I for one will not have my fingerprints taken. I am not a criminal. The government already know enough about me from my birth certificate. I have a driving licence. I have a passport. I have an NI number. I even have a CRB certificate to prove I\\\'m not a paedophile. I deserve to be treated as a person - not a barcode. What right do they have to have all of my information in one place? They do not need it. I will not be part of this Orwellian state.

How can I say I am free when I have to prove my identity to a computer?
